From Contestant to Queen
I am honored to serve as the inaugural Ms. Full-Figured USA National Capital Region PLUS 2025 Queen. This moment is the culmination of a journey that began in September 2025, and I am filled with gratitude for every person who supported, encouraged, and uplifted me along the way. Your love, your presence, and your belief in me carried me to this crown, and I hold each of you in my heart as we step boldly into 2026 together.
This title represents the bold, vibrant, and trailblazing woman who stands proudly in her power. She is a trendsetter, a role model, and a force who reminds the world that beauty, confidence, and capability are not defined by size. She leads with authenticity, purpose, and undeniable presence.
I embrace this crown with pride and intention. I carry the spirit of every woman who has ever been told she was too much or not enough. I stand as proof that confidence has no limits, beauty has no boundaries, and strength is woven into every curve.
With passion and purpose, I step into this role ready to uplift, inspire, and continue redefining what it means to lead with grace, power, and unwavering self-love. The journey continues, and I am grateful to have you walking beside me.

My mission is to celebrate and preserve the stories of humanity by blending the timeless power of Art with the transformative potential of Technology. Through this fusion, we can foster innovation, connect cultures, and uplift the voices of those who are too often unheard.
Growing up in DC and Maryland, surrounded by rich cultural diversity, shaped my ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Immersing myself in the arts expanded my understanding of different perspectives and strengthened my capacity to collaborate across cultures with ease. The vibrant creative communities of this region taught me how to build bridges between worlds, celebrating both the unique and the universal in human connection.

Its significance offers gorgeous ladies an opportunity to build a platform, enhance their career ambitions, foster meaningful relationships and to
demonstrate that "Size has no Barrier on Beauty."
Ms. Theresa “Sparkle” Randolph aka The Queen of NJ, is the Founder and President of the Ms. Full-Figured USA Pageant (MSFFUSA), the longest beauty pageant solely dedicated to promoting the empowerment of the full figured woman. Headquartered in Newark, New Jersey, the mission for the past 30+ years in producing this pageant has been focused on building the self-confidence in full figured women across the United States.
Ms. Full-Figured USA National Capital Region encompasses the Washington DC Metropolitan area and state of Maryland.
